My ideal clients are conscious, self aware people who have done a lot of work on themselves and still feel held back or disempowered due to unconscious negative beliefs and trauma.

Usually people look for me when they know that talk therapy isn't enough, and are ready to dive deeper into the body and do some deep trauma release work. 

I also like working with conscious solotrepeneurs who are feeling held back from being seen and putting themselves out there. Hence why I need a little more clarity on what I should focus on! 

What I like to do mostlly with my clients is guiding them to listen to their own inner guidance through using the body as a vehicle for insight and wisdom. This is done through somatic psychotherapy and tension and trauma release sessions.

I also facilitate and teach bigger groups at weekly meditation classes and retreats. The goal being to guide them to see their patterns clearly and cultivate insight so they can find freedom in their lives. 

I've been working for myself for the past 10 years now. Firstly through running a holistic health business incl. personal training, nutrition and bootcamp classes. And for the last 3 years I've been slowly building my psychotherapy and meditation business. 

My growth edge is beginning to bring my work out to a broader audience, I have always been successful in building my business through word of mouth and referrals primarily, it feels like it is time to spread out a little and become clear+organised on how to do that.
