After decades treating partnership crises as a couples therapist and organizational consultant, I learned that good design at the intersection of purpose, collaboration, and systems prevents more pain than intervention can heal. Now, as a Partnership Architect practicing late-stage partnership design, I help mission-driven partnerships whose growth has outpaced their structures remain durable and innovative under pressure. Through 1:1 facilitation and advisory, and now small cohort programs, we install the agreements and practices that make decisions faster, repairs quicker, and evolution sustainable. Fun fact: I put my most recent Clifton Strengths into two AI's to get more clear on my differentiators - and also aligned business models - for me: intimate programs and very targeted outreach, etc. Highly recommend to have this specific back-and-forth. It helped me get more clarity where it matters - which is helpful for me as well as for my current and future clients and referral partners.  :) 

On a personal note, I'm based in Sonoma County - having lived in cohousing communities for 10 years where I'm immersed in collaboration, participatory decision-making and mutual support 24/7.
