June 10 accountability post

My only goal for today is to actually honour my calendar. The family is in a time of transition for the rest of the month of June. So this will involve surfing the waves. Everything on my to do list today is do-able, so all I have to do is honour my intentions.


June 6 Intentions

For today, I'm not doing anything that isn't already in my calendar today. 

The super critical piece is getting those errands done this morning and working on my newsletter this evening...so all i have to do is honour my calendar, like George says!


A Healing Meditation-Especially for Grief and Caretakers

This week I'm traveling, so I decided to bring you a meditation I led in a class that was centered around helping caretakers of people in illness or in the dying process.

You can use this to help you feel supported by Spirit in any way you need but it is especially good for exhaustion, overwhelm, and grief.

June 5 Intentions

Bumpy start again today, but I'm getting going now. My key goals for today are:

1. Really need to finish that calendaring piece, bc it's messing me up otherwise!

2. Go to bank and post office on lunch hour.

3. Finish those damn website fixes.

Reminder to self: book time to clean patio tomorrow.

2. Doing bank, post office and other errands after morning swim today.

3. The website fixes need me to book more time in my calendar.

June 4 intentions

@George Kao for setting up a thread where we can post about our daily goals and then report back on how we did. 

My key goals for today are:

1. Get that blog post drafted.

2. Revise my calendar based on my decision about my go-lives.

3. Finish the website to-dos from yesterday that I didn't finish.

4. Client work in the afternoon before evening swim. 

Day started off with some unexpected barriers so we'll see how this goes. I'll report back when I do my EOD review or tomorrow when I do my morning review.
